NofaGroup reach agreement with G.I.N. for transfer of NofaMarsac activities from 1 April 2024.
Dear Customer,
Following some personnel changes within NofaMarsac's team, we have in recent months undertaken a strategic reconsideration of NofaMarsac's long-term future. In doing so, we came to the conclusion that it would be better for both the company and its customers to join a larger party.
As a result, there have recently been good talks with the company Gasfree Inspection Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as G.I.N.). G.I.N. consists of a team of highly experienced and certified Gas Experts (gas doctors) and is based in Ridderkerk. I am pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement and that the activities of NofaMarsac will be taken over by G.I.N. with effect from 1 April 2024. Your familiar face, Michel Verhoeven, is also involved in this transition of activities. In this way, we believe we can better guarantee continuity of service so that you, the customer, will continue to receive optimal service.
